1-Year Limited Warranty

Antok Signature provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery on all handcrafted mirrors purchased directly through our store. This warranty guarantees that your piece will be free from structural defects in materials and manufacturing.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers non-intentional defects or failures resulting from normal residential use, including:

  • Structural instability or seam separation in the frame.

  • Discoloration, silvering deterioration, or desilverification of the mirror glass not caused by moisture exposure or improper cleaning.

  • Manufacturing defects in mounted hardware, brackets, or decorative frame elements.

What Is Not Covered

To preserve the longevity of your mirror, proper care and installation are essential. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, wall anchoring, or accidental drops.

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches, patina evolution, or natural tone changes over time.

  • Damage caused by harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive cloths, or high-humidity environments (such as unventilated steam showers).

  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by unauthorized third parties.

  • Commercial, non-residential, or heavy-use retail applications.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your piece exhibits a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please contact our concierge team:

  1. Email support@antoksignature.com with your original order number and purchase details.

  2. Provide high-resolution photographs and a brief description illustrating the issue.

  3. Our quality assurance team will inspect your request within 2 business days.

Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Antok Signature will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide expert repair instructions or supply replacement hardware/components.

  • Replace the defective mirror with a brand-new unit of the same model (or a piece of equal value if discontinued).
