At Antok Signature, we take pride in the design, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance of our mirrors. If your purchase does not perfectly complement your space, we are here to assist you with a seamless return experience.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility & Condition
Because our mirrors are delicate, artisanal items, returns must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

The mirror must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.

The item must be returned in its complete original packaging, including all protective foam, corner guards, hardware, and tags.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at support@antoksignature.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label alongside detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return freight costs may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Damages & Transit Issues
Mirrors require delicate handling. We strongly encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If your mirror arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@antoksignature.com.

Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing both the damaged item and the outer shipping box.

Our team will review the issue immediately and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Bespoke, custom-made, or personalized mirrors.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return for your current mirror. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new piece.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must remain uninstalled, unused, and packed securely in their original protective packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Status
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please reach out to us at support@antoksignature.com.
